Google Workspace
Google happens to own one of the best productivity and collaboration tools on the internet. Some of the popular ones include Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Forms. If you want to start a meeting, you can do so via Google Meet. Need a fast PowerPoint-style presentation? Use Slides.
Remember that you don’t need to subscribe to use these tools. All you need is a Gmail account and you can use the tools for free. If you upgrade to a small monthly fee you get more storage, more email capacities and much more.
Canva
Canva is graphic design for the non-designers. Whether it’s social media posts, presentations, posters, cards, CVs, videos, logos, Canva has got you covered. You can use thousands of templates for free, work with text and images, and download your work anytime. I use Canva nearly every day and after using it for free, I upgraded to a low yearly fee, because you get so much more.
HubSpot CRM
If building customer relationships is important, you may want to check out HubSpot’s CRM. This online tool helps you track the sales process by showing you the sales pipeline in a visual dashboard. It also lets you track customers and contacts, monitor their website activity, send bulk emails, and more.
The best thing about the CRM tool is that it’s available in a completely free package.

As a digital entrepreneur, you should know how your clients’ searches relate to your business. With Answer the Public, you can find ideal blog post topics based on language or keywords.
The best thing about it is that it’s real easy to use. Just type a keyword about what your customers may search and wait for the results. It’ll return the most common queries and trending questions.
